You know, things like speeding, using the phone while driving a car, or not paying their driving licenses. Maybe one stat in particular explains their lack of popularity. A fifth said they knew a lawbreaker but over half responded that they would actively tell the police if they saw someone committing a crime. No one likes double standards, people.
